Our view on corporate responsibility

Equally important, we view corporate responsibility as the ability to achieve system integrity and innovation sustainably and ethically in a way that provides for the safety and development of our employees and communities while considering the protection of the environment.

2025 Corporate Responsibility Goal Highlights

    • Maintain safety culture that promotes an employee Lost Time Injury Rate (LTIR) of 0.0 and continuous improvement of our Total Employee Recordable Injury Rate (TRIR).

    • Increase the use of the Tallgrass volunteer paid time off benefit.

    • Create a 5% net gain in enhanced habitat relative to the areas permanently disturbed in the previous year.

    • Maintain and continue to improve a culture of compliance and operational excellence.
